BAKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FROZEN PIES





1. Pre-heat oven to 375° F and use lower
rack for baking.

2. Place
frozen pie on cookie sheet or
other suitable tray to catch juices.

3. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375° F.

4. Lower temperature to 350° F and
continue baking for an additional 70-80
minutes.

5. Pie is done when juices become thick.
Sour Cream Pies (apple, blueberry,
peach)






1. Preheat oven to 375° F and use lower
rack for baking.

2. Place
frozen pie on cookie sheet or
other suitable tray to catch juices.

3. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 375° F.

4. Lower temperature to 325/350° F
(depends upon your oven) and continue
baking for an additional 70-90 minutes.

5. Pie is done when juices become thick
and when knife inserts easily into center of
pie.

Cream Cheese



1.  Pre-heat oven to 350° F and use lower
rack for baking.

2.  Place frozen pie on cookie sheet or
other suitable tray.

3.  Bake for 55 minutes at 350° F.

4.  Raise temperature to 400° F and
brown, about 5-7 minutes, but WATCH
CAREFULLY.

5.  Leave pie set and then refrigerate for 1
hour before serving.
Raspberry-Apple Cream Cheese



1.  Pre-heat oven to 350° F and use lower
rack for baking.

2.  Place frozen pie on cookie sheet or
other suitable tray.

3.  Bake for 75 minutes at 350° F.

4.  Pie is done when knife inserted into
center comes out clean and topping is light
brown.

1.  Pre-heat oven to 400° F and use lower
rack for baking.

2.  Place frozen turnovers on cookie sheet
or other suitable tray.

3.  Bake for 25 minutes at 400° F.

4.  Turnovers are done when brown.
Turnovers



1.  Pre-heat oven to 400° F and use lower
rack for baking.

2.  Place frozen pie on cookie sheet or
other suitable tray.

3.  Bake for 30 minutes at 400° F.

4.  Lower temperature to 350° F and
continue baking for an additional 60
minutes.

5.  Pie is done when knife inserted into
center comes out clean.

1. Pre-heat oven to 375° F and use lower
rack for baking.

2. Place frozen bar on cookie sheet or
other suitable tray.

3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turn sheet
around and bake an additional 10-15
minutes.

4. Bar is done when topping is golden
brown.

3.  Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 400° F until
