Pumpkin Pie

Our pumpkin pie is traditional in appearance and ingredients, but that’s about as far as it goes. Its great flavor comes from melt-in-your-mouth, hand crafted shell and superior quality organic pumpkin. Nothing more needs to be said because this time-honored recipe doesn’t get an better.

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F and use lower rack for baking.
  2. Place frozen pie on cookie sheet or other suitable tray to catch juices.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 400° F.
  4. Lower temperature to 350° F (depends on your oven) and continue baking for additional 60 minutes.
  5. Pie is done when juices become thick.
